Development partner sought for regeneration zone
Wolverhampton City Council and All Saints and Blackenhall Community Development (ABCD) have announced they are seeking a development partner to regenerate 1.23 hectares around Vicarage Road/Raby Street and Gordon Street in the heart of All Saints, Wolverhampton. ABCD is Wolverhampton’s New Deal for Communities regeneration scheme serving the areas of All Saints, Blakenhall and Parkfield to create a range of projects and improved facilities, with £53.5m being invested between 2001 and 2011. Property agents Bruton Knowles have been appointed to find a development partner for the housing redevelopment of the All Saints site, which forms a key part of the wider regeneration of the area.
