Blueprint sees Phoenix sales rise
Developer Blueprint has reported 22 of the 63 new homes at its Phoenix Square development in Leicester have been let or sold within just eight weeks of marketing. Peter Connolly, Blueprint development director for the project, said: "The interest we have seen in this development to date is rewarding and just goes to show that whatever you might hear about the wider property market, well-promoted, good-quality homes in attractive locations always attract interest."
