Safe deal for software firm
Safe Computing, the Leicester-based software development and outsourcing business, has bought AHL Management from Hydra BPO Services for an undisclosed sum. The deal was initiated and advised by Skye Corporate Finance. The deal represents the third major transaction undertaken by Safe in just over 12 months following the acquisition of Derbyshire-based Topaz Computer Systems and the multimillion-pound back-office deal with Options Employment Group. AHL is a specialised outsourcing provider to the recruitment-agency sector and will form part of the Safe outsourcing division.
