Sofa so good for PF
Perfect Furniture, part of the PF Collections Group, has taken the final unit in the Axis development in Nottingham. Acting on behalf of Henry Boot Developments, Alan Pearson of Heb secured the final letting after the unit became available following the surrender of the lease to Christopher Wray Lighting, which Heb let part of to Philpotts in late 2008. PF has taken a new ten-year lease, subject to five yearly rent reviews at a commencing rent of £45,000 per annum.
