St Mods buys big in Donny
Birmingham developer St Modwen has acquired 27 acres of land in Doncaster. The strategic development site, called Parkside Industrial Estate, comprises 600,000 sq ft of existing buildings, including a 250,000 sq ft warehouse and a 350,000 sq ft production building. In the short term, St Modwen will continue to lease the space for income before confirming its long-term development plans, which could include storage and distribution facilities targeted at national and local businesses.
