A taste of Eden lands in Solihull
Upmarket garden store Hidden Eden has taken a 1,000 sq ft retail unit
in Mell Square, Solihull. Scott Osborne from the Nottingham office of
Innes England represented Hidden Eden, while retail partner Rob Alston
of Cushman and Wakefield represented the landlord, Aviva Pension Fund.
The lease is for ten years and the quoting rent was £52,500 per annum.
