St Philips Point secures 17,000 sq ft of new lettings
Property agents have let 17,600 sq ft of space at the St Philips Point office scheme in central Birmingham. Weightmans Solicitors has extended its occupation of the building to more than 23,000 sq ft, with the acquisition of an additional 8,600 sq ft on the newly refurbished third floor, while UK Biobank, a major UK medical research initiative backed by The Welcome Trust, the Medical Research Council and the Department of Health, has acquired 9,000 sq ft on the upper-ground floor. The Birmingham office of CBRE is marketing the property with joint agent GBR.
