Westfield opens £24m foodcourt at Merry Hill
Eat Central, the new £24m foodcourt development at Merry Hill, has been opened by TV chef James Martin. The scheme includes a range of national and international retailers, including Nandos, Pizza Express, Nineteen Ten Mexican Kitchen, Oporto, Tiffinbites, Burger King, Napoli, Harpers, Yangtze Express, Zetao, Crepescape and KFC, plus two new signings, Subway and Muffin Break. The new development has created 200 permanent jobs for the area, as well as 150 jobs during its construction, and represents a significant investment in Merry Hill.
