BSC casts net
BSC (Diecasting) has bought the business and assets of the diecasting division of FH Tomkins Buckle for an undisclosed sum. Mark Nunan, chairman and owner of the Walsall company, said: "This division had previously announced its closure with the loss of all jobs and we are now looking to save a number of these positions. This transaction has enabled us to add £500,000 turnover to BSC's books, as well as the latest Frech diecasting equipment, which will transform the productivity, competitiveness and quality of the entire BSC operation."
