£35m food sector deal for Lloyds TSB
DBC Foodservice, one of the leading players in the UK foodservice market, has secured a new three-year funding facility worth more than £35m in a joint package from Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets and Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance. DBC, which is headquartered in Hertfordshire and operates in 12 locations across the UK, has more than 1,000 employees nationwide. The facility will include a £20m working capital line. Lloyds TSB will also continue to provide all the company's money transmission services. The Lloyds team included Simon Woodcock, business development manager at Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance in the Midlands.
