ITV Broadcasting relocates to ng2 Business Park

ITV Broadcasting has taken a suite of offices in the Triangle development of the ng2 Business Park in Nottingham.

Developer Miller Birch completed the letting was represented by property agents Innes England and Jones Lang LaSalle.

ITV Broadcasting, which has relocated from just outside Nottingham, was advised by its retained agent Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).

The company signed a six-year lease for the 1,200 sq ft first-floor accommodation, adjacent to the Bank of England.

Will Bradley of LSH said: "We are very pleased to have secured this property for our client as it meets so many of their requirements. I am confident they will be able to operate very effectively from the property over the coming years."

Miller Birch managing director Mark Bielby added: "I am delighted to have secured such a significant tenant which joins an already impressive line-up of tenants already represented on the development, including Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce, the Bank of England, Zurich Insurance and Towry Law."

Chris Sinclair of Innes England conducted the negotiations of behalf of Miller Birch. He said: "ITV had some exacting criteria which had to be met for their occupation, not least high-quality space in a secure location which gives their news teams great access to the East Midlands region."
