Blues takeover ever closer
The takeover of Birmingham City Football Club by Carson Yeung's Grandtop International company has cleared another important hurdle. Grandtop shareholder approval has been received for the acquisition. Birmingham City shareholders wishing to accept the offer need to do so no later than 1pm on 6 October, the first closing date for the offer.
