Finesse Group secures pension-trust funding
The Finesse Group, which owns Nottingham's Lace Market Hotel and Derby's Cathedral Quarter Hotel, has secured funding from a pension trust to enable it to implement a number of key changes across its portfolio. These investments will include a planned brand refresh across the four boutique hotels in the Group, the acquisition of The Lace Market Hotel's neighbouring building, the Country House, and a marketing campaign. Paul Bevan of Tenon helped structure the funding.
