It's a Wrap for Baco
Cling-film and aluminium converters WFS has acquired Baco from US company Reynolds Products in an off-market deal. WFS was backed by private-equity house Growth Capital Partners in 2007. Baco, founded in 1960, manufactures food-wrapping products and supplied various UK supermarkets.
