Euro Garages drives filling station deals
Euro Garages, the forecourt operator, has acquired an 11-acre site in Ashby de la Zouch and a three-acre site in Uttoxeter. Both sites were sold by St Modwen with planning permission for petrol filling stations. Colliers CRE acted for St Modwen on the sale.
