Cash-back incentive for Nottingham offices
Two Nottingham agents have announced an unusual incentive designed to give a Christmas bonus to a new tenant of office premises in Nottingham. Heb and FHP have been jointly instructed to market premises at Lowater Street, Carlton Hill and have just announced the incorporation of a £5,000 cash-back incentive. Rob Maxey of Heb said: "We believe that this is something new and exciting that has not really been done before. While cash-back incentives are often offered for the purchase of houses, as far as I know this is the first time it has been offered to a tenant taking a lease of office premises." The Lowater Street offices have been refurbished and extended to 3,000 sq ft.
