Ascott Transport takes up Hilton Business Park warehouse
Ascott Transport has let a 75,000 sq ft warehouse at Hilton Business Park in Derbyshire, leaving just one unit remaining at the 700,000 sq ft park.
The logistics company, which provides transport and distribution services, has signed a two-year lease on the site for storage purposes.
The agreement means that just one unit of 6,000 sq ft remains out of 700,000 sq ft.
St Modwen, which manages the 70-acre park, has let almost 250,000 sq ft of the warehouse and industrial units.
"Following this latest deal with ATL, St Modwen has let nearly 250,000 sq ft of industrial space at Hilton Business Park, leaving just one 6,000 sq ft unit remaining," St Modwen surveyor Jonathan Green said.
"The resounding success of the business park is because of the choice and flexibility on offer, as well as the secure layout and design of the site."
