Smith Partnership commercial promotions
Midlands law firm Smith Partnership has promoted three senior members of the commercial department to partner and associate.
Rachel McCahill-Brown, who is head of business and personal insolvency, has been promoted to partner. Louise Haward of the employment team and Rashid Ali who works in commercial property, have been promoted to associates.
McCahill-Brown joined the firm in 2009 and has more than 12 years' experience in the legal profession as an insolvency solicitor.
Haward joined Smith Partnership in 2010 and has particular experience and specialism in bringing and defending employment tribunal proceedings, especially discrimination claims.
Ali, one of the firms' property specialists, joined in 2007 and has more than 12-years legal experience in advising major corporate and private clients.
