Duckworth Square for sale
One of Derby's best-known development sites has been put up for sale.
The Duckworth Square site in the Becketwell Development Zone is being promoted by commercial property specialists Rigby & Co on behalf of Metropolitan Housing Trust.
Rigby & Co director Russell Rigby said: "At 1.3 acres, this is one of the largest sites in single ownership within the city centre to become available for quite some time.
"There is a great deal of planning flexibility attached to the site, spanning a range of commercial and residential uses.
"A national marketing campaign has been launched to raise the profile of the site and we are working closely with the city council and Marketing Derby to give ourselves the best chance of attracting as much interest as possible."
