A retail site with offices being built in the Carlton Hill shopping area in Nottingham has gone on the market.

The property, set to be completed in March 2012 following construction, offers 3,600 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor and 3,500 sq ft of office space on the first floor.

NG Chartered Surveyors and FHP are marketing the site.

Amy D'Hooghe, from NG Chartered Surveyors, said: "The property is on a prominent corner location in the heart of the Carlton Hill Shopping Centre close to Tesco Express, Iceland and Specsavers.

"To the first floor, the new office space will be self-contained with private access from Cornhill Road. It is currently open plan, but it can be sub-divided into self-contained suites if required.

"On the ground floor, the retail unit has full height display windows onto Carlton Hill and Cornhill Road with additional storage also available. The retail unit can also be sub-divided to suit individual occupier's requirements."

The property comes with ten parking spaces.
