Tetenal in warehouse deal
A 16,000 sq ft warehouse in Leicestershire has been let to a photographic paper and chemicals manufacturer.
Lambert Smith Hampton advised on the deal for the site at Meridian West in Meridian Business Park located at junction 21 of the M1 at Leicester.
New occupier Tetenal UK is taking up a ten-year lease of the premises, which are being let from an unnamed offshore business.
Tetenal specialises in the innovation, manufacture and distribution of photographic paper, chemicals and technologies.
Geoff Gibson, director at LSH Leicester, said: "This is a good example of an off-market deal using our specialist market knowledge. The deal came about as a direct result of a good working relationship with Tetenal UK over previous years as well as the landlord."
