Staffline appoints former Randstad chief exec
Recruitment company Staffline has brought in the former chief executive of Randstad Staffing as a non-executive director.
Diane Martyn will join the board of the Nottingham-based company on 13 February 2012. During her time at Randstad, she was responsible for the merger of Select and Randstad.
Andy Hogarth, chief executive of Staffline, said: "Her knowledge of the staffing sector and considerable M&A track record best position her to make a valuable contribution to the group. We look forward to working with her as we continue to grow and evolve our business."
In October 2011, Staffline was awarded two government contracts worth £53m. Subsidiary EOS, which was awarded the deals from the department of work and pensions, will work with local authorities in the West Midlands and in Yorkshire and Humberside.
