Three lettings at Minworth Trade Park
Three businesses have taken a combined 18,000 sq ft at Minworth Trade Park in Minworth.
Window and door hardware manufacturer VBH (GB) has taken a 7,819 sq ft unit to house its national architectural aluminium division and be home to its Midlands sales office.
Window Fitters Mate, part of SIG UK Exteriors, has also agreed a deal to lease 5,698 sq ft, while kitchens and joinery brand Benchmarx has taken 5,220 sq ft.
The deals mean that 17 businesses are now based at Minworth Trade Park. Alex Luker of CBRE Global Investors, said: "The reputation of Minworth Trade Park has been further strengthened by these latest occupiers.
"The range of tenants is undoubtedly helping to increase the number of visitors. Our agents, Harris Lamb, Colliers International and Bartlett Property are continuing to see good interest in the remaining units where we can satisfy requirements from 3,354 sq ft to 45,000 sq ft."
