Mids regional head appointed to RBS Invoice Finance
RBS Invoice Finance has appointed John Hunter as regional managing director for the Midlands and East of England following the restructure of its UK-based small business operations.
Prior to the restructure, the Midlands and East of England was one of four regions that have now been increased to five with the existing South region split into two.
Hunter has worked for the RBS Group for 15 years in a numbery of roles covering corporate banking and invoice finance across the UK.
In his new role he will be responsible for a team that provide relationship management, sales, portfolio risk and administrative support.
Hunter said: "This new role provides a great opportunity for me to focus on supporting customers in the small-business market and manage a well-established team with considerable experience.
"We are very much open for business to help companies across the Midlands and East of England achieve their aspirations and demonstrate the benefits of using invoice finance."
Martin Morrin, RBS Invoice Finance managing director, added: "The restructure of our UK operations reflects the growth in our business and the opportunities that we see in the market place."
