The Vinden Partnership appoints Mids director
Property adviser The Vinden Partnership has appointed Ian Burnell as Midlands regional director.
He will lead the company's building and quantity surveying teams from its Nottingham office.
Burnell has recently finished a project as a consultant to the utilities infrastructure company Fulcrum.
He led a project to conclude the commercial settlement of various legacy contracts and another scheme to buy replacement framework contracts to meet the company's new business operating model for the next five years.
He has also worked for contractors and client organisations including Balfour Beatty, Laing O'Rourke and Anglian Water, as well as smaller contracting companies as commercial director and more recently as operations director.
Managing director Peter Vinden said: "Ian's appointment as regional director of TVP's Midlands office is a great opportunity for the team to be guided by someone with a vast amount of experience in the construction industry."
