Direct Reclaims and Demolition crashes into new home
Direct Reclaims and Demolition has moved its base and taken an industrial site at the 120-acre West Hallam Industrial Park in Derby.
The demolition and recycling company has let 3,360 sq ft, plus external space, with property agent Innes England acting on behalf of the site operator.
Direct Reclaims managing director Karl Fletcher said: "Due to expansion we needed to find new accommodation to allow for our increasing number of employees and also for our vehicles, plant machinery and our reclamation yard.
"We currently employ about 12 people, but business is going well, and we needed somewhere which would allow for more growth over the next few years. West Hallam was ideal for us, as it is also easily accessible, and close to both Derby and Nottingham."
Tim Richardson from Innes England added: "We are now in detailed discussions with two other parties for additional space at the park."
Direct Reclaims was previously located in Alfreton Road in Derby city centre.
