Crossley crosses from Core
One of the Midlands’ best-known names in PR, Charlotte Crossley, is to leave the agency with which she has been associated for more than a decade to go client-side.
Crossley, a director and shareholder at Core Communications - known for its work in the city’s property sector - is to become head of communications at Birmingham Science Park Aston from early February, leading a team of six.
She told Insider: “Twelve years is a long time to be with one agency, and while I’ve enjoyed it I’ve got a long career ahead of me. The years at Core have been fantastic fun, with a lot of laughs along the way and many great friendships cemented.
"While I’ll be helping market the planned £35m development there, working with technology companies will be good for me in taking me outside of my comfort zone."
