Reid moves into GBR Phoenix Beard
Sean Reid has joined the Midlands arm of property consultancy GBR Phoenix Beard as a director.
Reid has been recruited to the company's lease consultancy and valuation team.
He joins after more than three years as a director in Lambert Smith Hampton's lease advisory team and before that spent seven years at Jones Lang LaSalle.
Reid has been involved in some of the region's high profile property schemes including rent reviews and lease renewals at Brindleyplace, Fountain Court and Birmingham Business Park.
He is currently advising on a number of retail schemes around the New Street area.
