Bruntwood signs three for McLaren
Property company Bruntwood is celebrating a hat-trick of lettings at its latest acquisition in Birmingham city centre, the McLaren building. Babcock Rail has taken occupation of the entire ninth-floor suite, totalling 5,750 sq ft, while Tyndallwoods Solicitors has taken all of the 13th and part of the 12th floor at 7,590 sq ft. Thompsons Solicitors has renewed its 11,210 sq ft lease, signing another 13-year contract. CBRE and DTZ are the agents for McLaren.
