Cargo Terminal Three at East Midlands Airport comprises of 3,369 sq m (36,262 sq ft) and includes warehouse space, external yard areas and is located next to the Cargo East Apron.

Nottingham and Derby-based Fisher Hargreaves Proctor (FHP) and the Nottingham office of global real estate adviser Savills, have been appointed as agents to market the site.

Jason King, commercial contracts manager at East Midlands Airport, said: "East Midlands Airport is a key business location in the region, playing a critical role in the global cargo network with 90 per cent of England and Wales within a four-hour drive.

"It is fairly rare for a whole terminal building to come on the market and we anticipate high levels of interest due to the connectivity of the airport location."
