TMG CRB secures £2m deal
Security check company TMG CRB, based in Nottingham, has won a £2m contract to supply services for driving instructors.
The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) has awarded TMG CRB with a contract for the provision of enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Disclosures for all driving instructors and examiners.
Previously, the contract had been split between providers. The single award to TMG CRB will bring in about 25,000 applications a year worth nearly £2m, it is claimed.
TMG CRB's seniour operations manager Dot Crawford said: "Service quality is something we put at the heart of our operations. It’s good to see clients appreciating the importance of a quality assured process.
"This success was further endorsed by Transport for London who selected TMG CRB earlier this year to provide an outsourced online and paper-based CRB application service for all London taxi and private hire drivers."
TMG has simultaneously recruited five new staff to add to its 70-strong workforce in Nottingham.
