CPMG in director drive
Nottingham architects' practice CPMG has promoted four senior staff members to group directors.
Hugh Avison, Anil Parmar, Chris White and Paul Bodill have been given a director role following the company's management buyout last year.
Hugh Avison joined CPMG in October 2000 and specialises in designing for the education sector.
White has worked at the firm for nine years and helped expand CPMG's work on air traffic control towers.
Parmar joined the practice in 1998 and is currently working on the Quayside Pavilion scheme for HMS Belfast in London. Bodill has been with CPMG for eight years and has worked on projects including offices for the MoD and Primary Care facilities in Aston, St Anns and Bulwell.
CPMG employs 56 staff and provides architecture and planning services for clients across the UK. In September 2011, the £3m-turnover firm was subject to a management buyout, when directors David Glazebrook, Nick Gregory, Richard Flisher and Sara Harraway took control.
Glazebrook said: "It's a very exciting time as we undergo a period of change and these four new group directors are the next tier of management who will help drive the company forward and build on our success.
"As we look to expand our portfolio into new sectors, this next generation will be integral to driving new ideas and innovation to ensure CPMG remains competitive during the current challenging period in the economy."
