PWC reveals deals recipe

Share | |
A few more "good-value deals" are all that is needed to re-invigorate the Midlands' private-equity market, encouraging more vendors and investors to come forward, according to Ian Powell, UK chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He said: "There has been a dearth of private-equity-led deals over the past 18 months or so, but corporate assets now represent much better value for investors than they did a year ago. There is growing consensus that the time is right for the private-equity revival to commence. Some good-value private-equity-backed deals are now being discussed."
