Probate requests up at Taylor & Emmet
Law firm Taylor & Emmet has reported a 59 per cent increase in probate cases at its Dronfield, Derbyshire, office.
The probate team at Taylor & Emmet said the number of cases requesting the production of wills, along with advice about tax, trust and power of attorney issues had more than doubled in 2011.

Taylor & Emmet opened its office in Dronfield in January 2008, giving it a presence in North East Derbyshire for the firs time.
