DeltaRail steams into Hudson House

DeltaRail has taken the remaining lease at Hudson House, Derby. The software and technology company is now the sole occupier of the 31,500 sq ft building.

The deal on the Pride Park site was agreed with property management company LaSalle Investment Management, having been previously leased to German company Software AG.

DeltaRail's latest letting comes after it renewed its existing leases at Hudson House earlier in the year. A ten-year lease has been signed with a tenant break in 2014.

Andrew Miller, associate director at LaSalle Management Investment, said: "Following SAG's decision to leave Hudson House and despite challenging economic times, we are very pleased to have let the whole of the building to DeltaRail.

"The deal demonstrates not only our ability to source highly attractive real estate but also to find long term tenants who will generate value for our institutional clients."
