Barteak on a roll with Barloworld letting
Barteak Developments has secured another occupier at its Avon House development in Solihull. Supply-chain-management company Barloworld has taken 3,809 sq ft on a five-year lease, at a rent of £18 per sq ft. CB Richard Ellis and Martin Bloomer Associates are joint agents for the development.
