DFS Fixings moves to Foundry Square
A Leicester fixings company has relocated to larger premises in the city centre as part of its growth plans.
DFS Fixings has moved into refurbished former car showrooms in Foundry Square which were acquired by commercial property specialist Andrew and Ashwell.
The fastener, fixings and powertools supplier's new premises comprise 8,500 sq ft of ground floor space with a showroom, office and storage space.
It is the company's second move in two years, having previously relocated from All Saints Road to Abbey Lane. DFS Fixing said it now aims to recruit more staff, including sales representatives.
Managing director Geoff Kirk said: "We are keen to offer the most comprehensive ranges. The new showroom allows us to display key products, with ample space to store a vast range of items, helping us to deliver the first class customer service we are dedicated to provide."
