Surge in lettings at Innovation Centre
St. Modwen has announced a surge in lettings at its £6m Innovation Centre at Longbridge Technology Park - part of the ongoing £1bn regeneration of Longbridge. Some 4,567 sq ft have been let to 11 new occupiers at the Innovation Centre over the past two months. As a result, the Innovation Centre is now almost fully let, with just 10 per cent of the office space remaining.
