Black Country double glazing business Euro Glazing (UK) has agreed a £200,000 factory deal.

The West Bromwich business is taking over a factory next to its current base with the help of commercial property agent Bond Wolfe.

Based at 115 Spon Lane, Euro Glazing (UK) is acquiring the second unit on Sam's Lane, a former MOT service station, which lies at the back of its own premises.

A spokesman for Euro Glazing (UK) said: "This nearby property came on to the market and we grabbed it.

"We have needed additional space for some time and this was a fantastic opportunity – absolutely ideal.

"The business is growing. We have put in a lot of hard work and are trading well despite the difficult economic climate."

James Mattin, Bond Wolfe managing partner, said: "Euro Glazing (UK) snapped up this unit so fast it went under offer in just seven days."

The second unit building is made up of two buildings, one of 4,500 sq ft and the other 2,500 sq ft. There are front and rear yards and separate offices.
