RSM Tenon leads Wild deal

RSM Tenon's corporate finance team in Leicester has advised on the sale of Wild Recruitment, a £6m-turnover recruitment firm.

Andrew Breeze and Carl Swansbury from the accountancy firm advised Portsmouth-based Wild Recruitment on its disposal to Berry Recruitment.

Berry said it was launching an expansion plan to grow its current revenue of £30m to £50m.

Wild was founded in 2001 by Kim Way.

Breeze said: "Wild was looking to sell and we worked with Kim and the team to find out their requirements. When we approached Berry it became immediately apparent that the cultural fit of the two businesses would be ideal.

"Wild has a strong regional presence and a great reputation. They have a range of high quality public and private clients, and supply staff into five divisions: customer services and sales, office and professional, industrial and technical, and senior selection."

Berry, which is headquartered in St Albans, operates 23 sites in the UK.

It specialises in recruitment for office and IT, industrial, construction, rail, technical and catering sectors.
