Mr Pickford's bites into dental expansion
East Midlands pharmacy group Mr Pickford's is expanding into new markets with the acquisition of a Northamptonshire dental practice.
The company confirmed the purchase of the Higham Ferrers practice following a new financing agreement with Santander Corporate Banking.
The new practice consists of six surgeries and a decontamination room.
Mr Pickford's, which is owned and operated by brothers-in-law Manish and Parthiv Patel, currently runs four pharmacies across Leicester and Northamptonshire.
The pair said they wanted to extend the business' reach and have recruited cousin Sundip Patel as lead dentist.
