Barclays funds care-home expansion
A care home for the elderly has doubled its capacity after adding an £875,000 extension to its premises in Sutton Coldfield. The extension at Wyndley Grange, part of the Homecroft Four Oaks Group, will increase the number of rooms from 15 to 30, with funding provided by Barclays Commercial Bank. This latest move will enable the company to provide better facilities for people suffering from varying forms of dementia and enhanced mobility problems that require specialised nursing care. Carol Jones, relationship director at Barclays Commercial Bank and part of its healthcare specialist team, said the property is in an ideal location for a care home.
