MFG Solicitors recruits new partner
Law firm MFG Solicitors, based in Worcester, has appointed a new corporate partner.
James Hayes joins the firm's corporate division after more than a decade at Wolverhampton rival FBC Manby Bowdler.
In his previous role, Hayes advised on complex transactions and cross border deals.
Hayes, who has more than 20 years' experience in the field, said: "Being based in Worcester will enable me to service my growing commercial client base throughout the city and deliver the full range of MFG’s corporate services to new clients.
"The firm is really making its presence felt across Worcestershire and the surrounding counties and I am looking forward to playing my part in its success."
MFG’s managing director and partner Richard Connolly added: "James is an experienced commercial lawyer and he comes to the firm with an outstanding reputation.
"He has a proven track record and with his first-rate connections, James will be a key component to our team and the right person to help strengthen the commercial side of the firm in Worcester and beyond."
