Wells McFarlane grows with rental arm
Chartered surveying practice Wells McFarlane has launched a residential lettings division in Leicestershire.
The Lutterworth-based company said the new service will specialise in all aspects of residential lettings from tenant selection to full property management.
Wells McFarlane said the department, which will serve Warwickshire and Leicestershire, was launched in response to a booming rental market.
Senior surveyor Victoria Strickland, who will head up the division, said: "Rental properties across Leicestershire and Warwickshire are highly sought after and Wells McFarlane has both the experience and market knowledge to satisfy this demand."
The company's inaugural letting was a detached four-bed barn conversion in Wanlip, Leicestershire.
"We are obviously pleased to have secured the first letting and look forward to helping more families find their new home," added Strickland.
