Cabico to rise with HQ move
Cake supplier Cabico is preparing to expand its workforce after relocating to larger premises at Cossall Industrial Estate, Lincoln.
The company, which supplies cakes to food retailers across the country, has taken 18,000 sq ft of space on the Solomon Road site.
Cabico's managing director Peter Rasmussen said: "We are a growing company. Our move to Cossall sees us growing our premises by 50 per cent. We now employ ten people at the site and we expect that figure to grow.
"We anticipate further growth in the coming year which means taking on more staff and expanding our client base. Cake cheers people up and takes their mind off the bad times. Because of that, we are seeing growth and moved from our Bingham base to Ilkeston."
Nottingham-based NG Chartered Surveyors acted for the landlord at Cossall Industrial Estate.
