DHL flies high with airport deal
DHL International has agreed a letting on a building at the Air Cargo Centre in East Midlands Airport.
The delivery network has taken warehouse space totalling 3,853 sq ft in a deal secured by property agencies agents FHP Property Consultants and Innes England.
Building 418 at the Air Cargo Centre forms part of the East Midlands Airport campus and has direct access to the main motorway network.
Jonathan Sayer, surveyor at FHP who agreed the letting, said: "Whilst the market remains challenging, we are pleased by the level of enquiries within the market place and the quality of those businesses that are seeking new premises despite the tough business environment.
"This is our second letting at the Air Cargo Centre this year and underlines the strength of East Midlands Airport as a business location."
