Denby in £12m hub deal
Denby Assets has bought a £12m production and manufacturing facility in Derbyshire.
The property company bought the site in Denby from skincare company The DEB Group.
Law firm Kuits Solicitors advised on the deal.

Denby Assets is part of Salford-based David Samuel Properties Group.
