Northfield at full capacity
Birmingham's Northfield shopping centre is fully let after a trio of tenants signed up to the site.
E Cosway, a subsidiary of Malaysian conglomerate Cosway; independent chain Central Café; and home furnishings and appliances company Perfect Home have all taken space in the centre.
Cosmetics and clothing retailer E Cosway, which launched its UK activities in March this year, has taken a 1,700 sq ft unit - its second in Birmingham.
A similar sized unit has been taken by Central Café, which is the company’s sixth shop since it began trading five years ago.
Coleshill-based retailer Perfect Home has taken two units at the shopping centre, totalling 2,500 sq ft.
The lettings were agreed by Cushman & Wakefield, joint agent for the development with Edgbaston-based Wright Silverwood.
Northfield is owned by London-based PropInvest.
Key tenants at the 165,000 sq ft development include Iceland, Dorothy Perkins, Wilkinson and WH Smith.
