Flint Bishop gets business bank appointment
Derby-based law firm Flint Bishop has been appointed to the regional legal panel of the National Australia Group Europe.
The law firm will advise the business bank on areas of corporate finance and property finance.
It will also review paperwork for loan agreements as part of buy-outs, reorganisations, acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate activities.
Flint Bishop's head of corporate Ran Oren said: "I am very pleased to have been appointed to the regional panel of National Australia Group Europe.
"Our corporate finance department has a track record of handling multi-million acquisitions and management buyouts making us an ideal partner to advise the bank on the viability and security of corporate loans."
National Australia Bank operates more than 1,800 branches and service centres worldwide and is responsible to more than 460,000 shareholders.
In the UK, it owns banking franchises Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank.
