Charity makes Eastgate House move
First aid charity St John Ambulance has moved into the first floor of Eastgate House in Leicester.
The organisation has taken the 5,164 sq ft floor of the four-storey office building on Humberstone Road.
The deal was completed by property agencies Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and North Rae Sanders on behalf of the current leaseholder the National Youth Agency.
Mel Fox, regional director of St John Ambulance commercial training division, said: "St John Ambulance is delighted to have secured new quality premises within Leicester. Eastgate House is an ideal location for our customers, our staff and our volunteers and will enable us to satisfy the increasing demand for both our commercial training and charitable activities."
National Youth Agency chief executive Fiona Blacke added: "We are delighted to welcome St John Ambulance to our building which is now buzzing with activity.
"We have been very impressed with how smooth the process of leasing the building has been and look forward to working with LSH and North Rae Sanders to ensure it is at full occupancy as soon as possible."
